Stage 1

Applied

Once we have received your application, a member of our Talent Acquisition Team will review it. If you are a potential match in line with our candidate requirements, we will contact you and confirm the next stage of the recruitment process. 
Stage 2

TA Team "Pre Screen" Call

The purpose of this phone call is for our Talent Acquisition Team to obtain some additional information before discussing your application with the relevant Hiring Manager(s). 
Stage 3

First Stage Interview

You will be invited to attend a first stage meeting. This may be an initial informal chat or a competency based interview. 
Stage 4

Second Stage Interview

You may be invited to attend a second stage meeting. This may be an informal chat or a competency based interview. 
Stage 5

Offer

If your application has been successful following the recruitment process, our Talent Acquisition Team will present a formal offer of employment for you to review and consider.
