Stage 1

Application Submitted

Once we have received your application, a member of our Talent Acquisition Team will review it. If you are a potential match in line with our candidate requirements, we will contact you and confirm the next stage of the recruitment process.

Stage 2

Online Assessments

Our Talent Acquisition Team will send you Online Assessments to complete. These will assess a range of areas including numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, logical thinking and checking. Full instructions and a deadline for completion will be provided via email, and the assessments can be completed on any device.

Stage 3

Group Video Interview

You will be invited to attend a Group Interview via Microsoft Teams with other candidates, our Head of Audit and a member of our Talent Acquisition Team. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better, and for you to ask any questions about the firm, the recruitment process or the opportunities available.

Stage 4

Assessment Centre

If successful at the Group Interview stage, you will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre at one of our offices. You will meet a variety of colleagues and participate in a range of activities designed to help us understand your skills and potential. Further details will be provided if you reach this stage of the process.

Stage 5

Offer

If your application has been successful following the recruitment process, our Talent Acquisition Team will present a formal offer of employment for you to review and consider.
